Did Not Try To Push A New Air Conditioner

Highly recommend! I emailed 3 places for a quote at 2:40 AM on a Sunday, had a phone call about 5 minutes later from Temperature Patrol. (It was fixed 8 hours before the other 2 companies contacted me!) Temperature Patrol said they would be here 8-10 am, they showed up at 8:30 AM, very professional, clean, courteous and within 30 minutes I had COLD air. Very respectful, He did not try to push a new air conditioner on me. Reasonable, definitely will recommend. And, my dogs liked him too!

Working In The Pouring Rain

This company deserves an A+!!!. Our air conditioner wasn’t cooling here in FL. It was 90 degrees. We contacted them this afternoon and shortly after had an appointment. Wow! Couldn’t Believe How Inexpensive

The guys at Temperature patrol are so honest and reliable. Our AC went out and one of them came and had it fixed that day. I couldn’t believe how inexpensive it was compared to other companies. We have an older AC and they were able to work with it instead of just saying “get a new one”. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

A/C Has Worked Better Than Ever!

As soon as I hit send requesting the quote I received a call from a very freindly representative at Temparature Patrol (in fact we joked about the speadiness of their response). I explained the urgency of my situation and within an hour, we had two awesome guys checking our entire system to diagnose the problem. Their goal was to save our unit and that they did. After having a very bad experience with another AC repair company, Jeremy was a Godsend. I had been told previously that my unit was too old to fix and I needed a new one. Jeremy came over and told me my unit was only 3 years old. He found a clogged drain, which he said the previous person should have a least found and fixed. He recharged my unit and it is working great know. It’s good to know their are still honest people around that will do a good job and not try to rip you off. I highly recommend this company. Very reasonably priced and a family business.

Of all the companies I have dealt with since I have moved here, they are the best. They came out within 4 hrs of my phone call and had me up n running again within the hour. Total cost….$0…One of the switches inside the unit tripped and he reset it. First time this has ever happened to me where I wasn’t charged but as a result, they have a customer for life. I am likely getting the service plan so I will do a follow up review when I get this going.

A/C quit working in 90 degree Florida heat and high humidity. One call and 20 minutes later two professional repairmen arrived, diagnosed the problem, and within 30 minutes quoted me a reasonable price and explained what was wrong. They repaired a very old A/C system and got it up and running like new. Very professional and trustworthy. They come highly recommended.

Wow!! Had the absolute pleasure of having Jeremy come to fix our ac system. THE BEST!! He repaired a job that was done poorly by a prior tech and had to rewire the entire unit. This was on a weekend for which he charged less in total than the prior tech had for just the service call. This also includes a full 3 month maintenance plan. Wasn’t even 200 bucks and he was so much more professional and thorough than I have ever had before. If you live local, Temperature Patrol is the ONLY place you should call for your HVAC needs. I wanted to let everyone know that I discovered a great new company for A/C repairs. Recently I had three companies give me estimates to repair my A/C unit. Temperature Patrol, came to the house last and was, by far the most courteous, professional and way, way less expensive than anyone. My Little 3 Month Old Slept Great

Unfortunately I m one of those people that were abused by Bruno Air. Bruno left my house the other day basically telling me sorry, we re not gonna give you cold AC until you agree to pay $10,000 for new AC ducts!! I have a 3 month old baby and no AC and this is what these people tell me?!?! Ugh! After telling them to F off, I put in a request through Home Advisor and got several calls. This one, from Temperature Patrol was the first to respond. He was here within 2 hours!! I believe his name was Jeremy. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything he found & what needed to be done. In no way shape or form did I feel like I was being sold. I actually felt relief!! Jeremy was able to get us cold AC (which Bruno assured me couldn t be done unless I got new AC ducts) and was done in less than 2-1/2 hours! We were so happy!! I am so thankful that we finally found someone we could trust and wasn’t in this business just to try to make a sale and a quick buck. So, thank you Jeremy for all you did and we truly appreciate what you did for us! My little 3 month old slept great last night thanks to you!!
