Signed up for their service plan after initial visit in July. Heat went out last night, 1/21/2020. Called them this morning and they replied quickly, coming to my house at 8:50. Jeremy did a great job explaining issue and fixing quickly. I really appreciated his service and I highly recommend Temperature Patrol for AC/ Heating needs.
